Lumbar inserts take approximately 1-2 weeks in production.
If you have ordered a made to order item with an item in stock, your entire order will be shipped together. We do not offer split shipping on orders.

Note: Please also take care when filling and un-filling your cushions. 

Our custom cushion inserts are recycled PET fiber which is derived from 100% post consumer water bottles. The fiber looks, feels and performs in the same way as a high-grade poly fiber, but is completely recycled. For every 1kg of fiber used, we save around 70 water bottles from ending up in landfill. Our Recycled PET fiber is also 100% non-allergenic.
